The Penguins have officially announced that Consol Energy has won the naming rights to the Pens' new arena. It will be called Consol Energy Center. Catchy, right? Or not. But nonetheless the Pens' new arena will be named that for the next 21 years. Neither side would say how much money is involved.

Fleury and Sabourin are breaking in new pads that we happened to notice tonight on Savran on Sportsbeat. We were hoping they weren't the new look. Turns out they're supposed to be a throwback look for when they wear the powder blue jerseys. They're a light brown color and we don't think all that attractive but hey. Fleury's mask also appeared different but we can't say for sure on that one.
