What a tacky title for a post. At least we can rhyme. The Pens will play the Sens today in their powder blues at 3:00 p.m. at home. This will be the first of eight straight games at home for the Pens. Perfect timing for a playoff push.
Marc-Andre Fleury will start in net and make his 18th straight start. There is a possibility that Mathieu Garon will start Sunday against the Bruins to give Fleury a rest.
The Pens need to beat a Sens team that is below them in the standings and basically out of the playoff chase with 64 points. Playing at home should make that a lot easier. Is anyone else hoping Malkin's parents are at the game today?
We are just at a loss for words this morning and have no idea at all what else to say. We are just completely out of it lately. We need sleep. Maybe then we'll be able to put together more than a couple sentences.
Go Pens!
