Rooney saga continues

Tonight we're just going to leave you with a couple new links on what's going on with the Steelers and the Rooneys. We just hope something can get worked out soon so one of the best franchises in sports along with the best owners can move on.

First up, a couple links from the Post-Gazette. The Steelers are looking for some more investors, including some 'names you will recognize.' Gambling and professional football have had ties for a long time. In their NFL notebook, the Steelers have signed Bruce Davis from UCLA to a three-year contract worth $1.655 million. Four rookies are still unsigned. They are first round pick Rashard Mendenhall, second round pick Limas Sweed, and two sixth round picks Mike Humpal, and Ryan Mundy.

And one article on the Trib also about the Rooneys and the Steelers situation here.

Over at ESPN, John Clayton has a Q & A about the Steelers situation, for what it's worth, here.

Random YouTube of the day, Ben Roethlisberger signing autographs and having fun with fans at training camp last year. Only 17 days people! Enjoy.
